Our receptionist will answer general enquiries about our therapies and services. If you require more in-depth information, we will put you in touch with the most relevant practitioner.

Same-day Appointments
A booking for today might be possible, so don't hesitate to contact us on 020 8299 4232.

Last-minute Changes, Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to change/re-arrange or cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, as giving less than 24hr notice the full fee of the appointment will be charged by the practitioner. Appointments that have been booked on the same day are also not changeable, unless the practitioner agrees this with you mutually. If you miss your appointment the full fee of your booking will still be due.

Should you be late

If you cannot make it on time, please let us know, so we can make arrangements where possible. However, our practitioners will only sometimes be able to run over, as normally there are no gaps in-between sessions.

Payment
Our practitioners take payment by
cash or cheque at the end of each session. If you need cash, the nearest cash points are at Barclays and the Co-op on Lordship Lane (opposite the clinic). The osteopathic team can also take payments by card.
